The copyright of this work of art or literature registered in Colombia has expired, as at least 80 years have passed after the author's death. ([1] and its supportive law; Law 23 of 1982, Article 11). Copyright held by legal entities or the government expires thirty years after publication in the case of literary or scientific works, and thirty years after the work was performed, broadcast, or recorded ("fixed") in the case of audiovisual works. Nevertheless, its author and source must be acknowledged when reused in Colombia. See here for the type of material that are in the Public domain.
