This image is in the public domain because it is an object of public property in the Republic of Macedonia, according to the provisions of the "Law on Spatial and Urban Planning" (Закон за просторно и урбанистичко планирање) - [1]. The law provides that the following documents: Spatial plan of the Republic, Municipal general urban plans, Municipal detailed urban plans, and Village urban plans are documents of public interest, whose preparation and adoption must be public and are hence public property.
