re your broken "Infoboks_Kantri" template[edit source]
First of all, it would be very helpful if you would register, then log on when you edit or contribute articles so we will be able to know who you are.
The template you copied from the EN Wikipedia and inserted into "Papua Niugini" as "Infoboks_Kantri" is broken. How and why, I don't know. However, if you would delete your "Infoboks_Kantri", make a fresh copy of the template from the EN "Papua New Guinea" article, and then paste that new copy into the TPI article, I think you'll find that it will work okay. The PNG coat of arms graphic won't display, but clicking on the image in the EN version will give you some details which may explain why.
Also, the "Infobox_Country" template has border, divider, and positioning elements which the "Infoboks_Kantri" template evidently does not have, so IMO that's why your infobox doesn't look as good as the one in the EN original.
